Why do I run my personalised course over 2 days?
 
Because I believe I need to impart as much knowledge and practical hands on experience to you, the participant, so that you can competantly go out into the world after this course and feel confident about doing Reiki on others as a certified Usui & Sekhem Reiki practitioner.

Reiki is a non-intrusive ancient Japanese healing practice that uses "Universal Life Energy”.
 
Sekhem Reiki is also a form of Universal Energy System that originated from Ancient Egypt & is a more feminine power. It is similar to Usui Reiki but operates on a higher vibration and heals on a deeper level They are both a gentle non-invasive method of hands on-healing Sekhem is a Goddess female energy where as Usui is more male orienated. The both work together as aperfect balance of ying and yang.

Anyone can learn & be attuned to Reiki. All you need is the desire to help others.

This is a one-day 12-hour class, taught from 9.00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day with a one hour break for lunch.

PREREQUISITE: There are no pre-requisites, only the desire to help others & work in love & light.

• Promote feelings of relaxation, reduce stress & anxiety
• Release tension & ease physical pain
• Restore the equilibrium of the body
• Usui and Sekhem Power Symbols for turning on the Energy on Physical Healing
• Self Healing Hand Positions with Practice
• Full Body Treatment/Hand Positions with Practice
• Client Consultations

• Level I Usui Full Attunement & Sekhem 1 Reiki Initiation
• Manuals for both Sekhem & Usui Reiki Level 1
• Certificates upon completion of each course
